The device supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM) and is available in black and other colors. It operates across multiple frequency bands, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, with 5G SA/NSA support.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is powered by an octa-core processor consisting of a 3.3 GHz Cortex-X4, 3 x 3.2 GHz Cortex-A720, 2 x 3.0 GHz Cortex-A720, and 2 x 2.3 GHz Cortex-A520.
