The Vivo Y300i runs on the latest Android 15 OS and features Origin OS as its custom user interface. Although the exact dimensions and weight have not been disclosed, the device supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual standby) functionality and is available in three attractive colors: Ink Jade Black, Rime Blue, and Titanium.

In terms of network compatibility, the Vivo Y300i supports a wide range of frequencies. For 2G, it operates on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 for both SIM1 and SIM2.
