The Infinix Hot 10S operates on Android 11 OS with the XOS 7.6 user interface. It features a 171.5 x 77.5 x 9.2 mm body and supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM) with dual standby functionality. The device is available in Black, Purple, Morandi Green, and Heart of Ocean colors.

For network compatibility, the phone supports 2G bands (GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 for both SIMs), 3G bands (HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100), and 4G LTE bands including 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 8(900), 38(2600), 40(2300), and 41(2500).
